Description:
At 845 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cortland, or 10 miles north of Warren, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Warren, Cortland, Kinsman, Andover, Linesville, Bristolville,
Harmonsburg, Pymatuning North, Pymatuning Central, Mecca, Johnston,
Pierpont, Cherry Valley, Conneaut Lake, Conneaut Lakeshore, Champion
Heights, Hartstown, and Howland Center.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
