* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties, in south central Ohio, Adams, Highland, Pike and Ross. * WHEN...Until 745 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 725 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hillsboro, Waverly, Piketon, Lynchburg, Winchester, Marshall, Sardinia, Bainbridge, Cynthiana, Kincaid Springs, Highland Holiday, Rocky Fork Point, Pike Lake, Belfast, Russell, New Market, Emerald, Mowrystown, Sinking Spring and St. Martin.
