* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Athens County in southeastern Ohio... Northern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio... Southwestern Morgan County in southeastern Ohio... East Central Vinton County in southeastern Ohio... West Central Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1005 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
