Locations impacted include...
Point Pleasant, Racine, Forked Run State Park, Ravenswood, New Haven,
Sandyville, Syracuse, Hartford City, Cheshire, Portland, Mount Alto,
Lakin, Belleville, Reedsville, Cottageville, Morristown, Rockport,
and Letart.
This includes Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 142
and 169.
Heavy rain may cause ponding of water on roadways and flooding in
low-lying areas.
Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the
roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross
safely. Move to higher ground.
