* WHERE...In Oklahoma, Northeast Osage, Pawnee, Southeast Osage,
Washington, and Western Osage Counties.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
Instruction:
Cover outdoor plants or bring them indoors.
