* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...The western and central Oklahoma Panhandle, along with the
northwest Texas Panhandle.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Repeat rounds of heavy rainfall may produce localized flooding
and flash flooding.
