Description:
* IMPACTS...Abundant lightning on dry fuels will likely create
new ignitions across the region. Any fires that develop could
spread rapidly. Numerous new fire starts could overwhelm
initial attack.
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 624 and 625, covering most of
Klamath and Lake Counties. The northern portions of the zones
have the highest chances of seeing abundant lightning during the
remainder of this evening.
* THUNDERSTORMS...Moving northeast around 20 to 25 mph. Storm
mode will be a mix of dry and wet thunderstorms.
* OUTFLOW WINDS...Isolated gusts up to 45 mph.
