At 917 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking showers and thunderstorms along a line extending from 12 miles southeast of Jamestown to Warren to 19 miles northeast of Oil City. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. There is also the potential for a brief, isolated tornado to develop. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Warren, Sheffield, Youngsville, Russell, Scandia, Warren South, Kinzua Dam, Chapman State Park, Tidioute, Starbrick, and Clarendon.
