At 945 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Bradford to 10 miles north of Marienville. Movement was east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. There is also the potential for a brief, isolated tornado to develop. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Warren, Bradford, Kane, Allegany State Park, Sheffield, Youngsville, Smethport, Wetmore, Russell, Shinglehouse, Rew, Ludlow, Marshburg, Kinzua Bridge State Park, Scandia, Coryville, Cyclone, Grand Valley, Westline, and Warren South.
