formation.
* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Forest, Jefferson, Higher Elevations of
Fayette, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, Clarion, and Indiana
Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Tucker Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
