* WHEN...From Monday evening through Wednesday afternoon.

property. Travel could be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will quickly increase overnight Monday
into Tuesday morning, with the strongest gusts peaking through
midday. Winds will begin to decrease through Wednesday afternoon.
