Description:
* WHAT...East winds 20 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas
8 to 13 feet.
* WHERE...Big Island Windward Waters.
* WHEN...Starting 6 AM HST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely reduce
visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for extreme conditions before conditions deteriorate
further.
