Description:
* WHAT...East winds 25 to 35 kt with higher gusts and seas 13 to
18 feet.
* WHERE...Big Island Windward Waters.
* WHEN...Beginning 6 AM HST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas
which will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely
reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for extreme conditions before conditions deteriorate
further.
