Description:
* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, east winds 15 to 25 kt and
seas 6 to 11 feet. For the Hurricane Watch, east winds 20 to 30
kt and seas 12 to 18 feet.
* WHERE...Big Island Windward Waters.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM HST Friday. For
the Hurricane Watch, beginning at 6 AM HST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas
which will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely
reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for extreme conditions before conditions deteriorate
further.
