Description:
* WHAT...For the Tropical Storm Warning, tropical storm conditions
expected. For the Hurricane Watch, hurricane conditions possible.
* WHERE...Alenuihaha Channel, Big Island Windward Waters, Big
Island Leeward Waters and Big Island Southeast Waters.
* WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas
which will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely
reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for extreme conditions before conditions deteriorate
further.
