Description:
* WHAT...Northeast winds 45 to 65 kt with gusts up to 100 kt and
seas 2 to 5 ft.
* WHERE...Portions of the coastal waters of Alabama and
northwest Florida.
* WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds possible from Friday
afternoon until early Saturday morning. Hurricane force winds
possible from Friday afternoon until early Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Hurricane force winds and hazardous seas can capsize
or damage vessels and severely reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for extreme conditions before conditions deteriorate
further.
