Description:
* WHAT...Northeast winds 35 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and
seas 17 to 22 ft expected.
* WHERE...The offshore waters from Oregon Inlet to Ocracoke
Inlet.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 2 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or
damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.

Waters from Oregon Inlet to Cape Hatteras NC from 20 to 60 NM; Waters from Cape Hatteras to Ocracoke Inlet NC from 20 to 60 NM
