Description:
* WHAT...The potential for winds up to 35 knots with gusts over
40 knots, rough bay waters, and seas 5 to 8 ft.
* WHERE...Galveston Bay and Coastal waters from Freeport to
Matagorda Ship Channel TX out 20 NM.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday Night.
* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
