Description:
* WHAT...Northeast winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 65 kt and
seas 16 to 21 feet.
* WHERE...Maui County Leeward Waters.
* WHEN...6 AM Saturday through 6 AM Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
