Description:
* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 25 kt
and seas 7 to 12 feet. For the Tropical Storm Watch, tropical
storm conditions possible.
* WHERE...Kauai Northwest Waters, Kauai Windward Waters, Kauai
Leeward Waters, Kauai Channel and Oahu Windward Waters.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM HST Saturday.
For the Tropical Storm Watch, 6 PM Saturday through 6 PM Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
