Description:
* WHAT...For the Tropical Storm Watch, east winds 15 to 25 kt
with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft. For the Small
Craft Advisory, east winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.
* WHERE...Apalachee Bay or Coastal Waters From Keaton Beach to
Ochlockonee River FL out to 20 Nm, Coastal Waters From
Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola Fl out to 20 Nm and Waters
from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM.
* WHEN...For the Tropical Storm Watch, Tropical Storm force winds
possible from Friday afternoon until Saturday morning. For the
Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
