* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt.
* WHERE...Lake Borgne.
* WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds possible from Friday morning
until early Saturday morning. Small craft advisory conditions
will continue through Friday morning. .
* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
