* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southwestern Hidalgo County in deep south Texas...
Southeastern Jim Hogg County in deep south Texas...
Eastern Starr County in deep south Texas...
* WHEN...Until 915 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 619 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Penitas, Sullivan City, La Joya, Agua Nueva, Los Ebanos, La
Grulla, Santa Catarina, La Gloria, San Isidro, Santa Elena, San
Rafael Ranch Airport, La Victoria, Alto Bonito, Sam Fordyce

School, Jimmy Carter High School, John F Kennedy Elementary
