Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southeastern Cameron County in deep south Texas...
* WHEN...Until 130 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1124 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

South Padre Island, Garria Elementary School, Washington Park,
Port Isabel Fire And Police Department, Port Isabel City Hall,
Port Isabel Lighthouse, Port Isabel High School, U.s. Coast Guard
Station, Laguna Heights, Starbase, South Padre Island Police
Department, Boca Chica Beach, South Padre Island Birding Center,
South Padre Island Convention Center, Beach Access Four, Beach
Access Five, Port Isabel Library and Port Isabel--Laguna Heights.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
