* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Northwestern Cameron County in deep south Texas... Willacy County in deep south Texas... * WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1223 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Raymondville, Lyford, Arroyo City, Port Mansfield, Sebastian, San Perlita, Willamar, Porfirio, San Perlita High School, Santa Monica, Port Mansfield Airport, Port Mansfield Chamber Of Commerce, Raymondville High School, Raymondville Golf Course, Raymondville Police Department, Reber Memorial Library, Raymondville Fire Station, Lyford City Hall, Lyford Elementary School and Lyford High School. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
