* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, San Saba. * WHEN...Until 645 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 439 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chappel, Bend, and Colorado Bend State Park. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... County Road 432 crossing Cherokee Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
