* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Victoria County in south central Texas... * WHEN...Until 745 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 549 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Victoria, Salem, Victoria Mall, Victoria Regional Airport, Victoria Detar Hospital North, Brentwood Subdivision, Ball Airport Area, Telferner and Fordtran. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
