rainfall is expected.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 1212 AM MDT, Thunderstorms with torrential rainfall rates have
moved into Central El Paso. Rainfall rates will briefly reach 3
inches per hour, which may overwhelm storm drainage, result in
street flooding.
