* WHAT...Temperatures up to 106 on the Caprock, and heat indices up to 109 off the Caprock. * WHERE...The South Plains, Rolling Plains, and far southeastern Texas Panhandle. * WHEN...From 1 PM to 9 PM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.
Instruction: 
Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
