At 907 AM CDT, emergency management reported significant flooding along highway 82 and in the Blossom area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Between 1 to 3 inches of rain per hour is occurring with these storms. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Paris, Reno, Blossom, Lake Crook, Lake Gibbons, Sumner, Pattonville, Deport, Toco, Sun Valley, Brookston, Globe, Clardy, Tigertown, East Direct, Milton and Direct.
Instruction: 
Move to higher ground now if you are in a low-lying and flood prone area. Act quickly to protect your life. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
