* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Aransas County in south central Texas... Northern Kleberg County in south central Texas... Nueces County in south central Texas... San Patricio County in south central Texas... * WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1006 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
