This will coincide with an approaching upper level low pressure system and an associated frontal boundary. High precipitable water values will support efficient rainfall production with this activity. Model guidance suggests heavy rain and thunderstorms capable of producing rainfall totals in the 2 to 4 inch range across the watch area.
