* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. Wind gusts
have been observed to around 60 mph near Cedar City as of 755 AM.
* WHERE...Western Millard and Juab Counties and Southwest Utah.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles and vehicles with trailers.
