At 512 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Lake Monticello, or near Palmyra, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Lake Monticello and Troy around 520 PM EDT. Ferncliff around 535 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Nahor, Louisa Airport, Green Springs, Zion Crossroads, Antioch, Union Mills, Wildwood, Bybee, Yanceyville, and Waldrop.
