Description:
* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected, with isolated gusts up to 60 mph possible along the
highest ridgelines and favored terrain for downslope winds.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia and northeast, southeast,
and southern West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
