At 708 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Amherstdale-Robinette, or 8 miles east of Logan, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This dangerous storm will be near... Wharton, Amherstdale-Robinette, Mallory, and Bald Knob around 715 AM EDT. Oceana around 720 AM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Mount Gay, Verdunville, Chauncey, Blair, Mitchell Heights, Amherstdale-Robine, Cyclone, Sharples, Switzer, and West Logan.
