At 644 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers near Mullens, or 11 miles north of Matoaka, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Mullens, Sophia, Coal City, Shady Spring, Beaver, Daniels, Rhodell, Ghent, and Josephine. This includes the following highways... West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 28 and 40. Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 120 and 121, and between mile markers 129 and 137.
