* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Boone County in central West Virginia... Central Logan County in southern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 302 AM EDT, The Flash Flood Warning is being replaced with an areal flood warning as flooding remains across the area. Continue to expect flooding through the morning, especially in flood prone locations. Additionally, expect rises and swift flows on area streams and creeks from heavier rain just south of the area. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
