Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central Logan County in southern West Virginia...
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 345 AM EDT, Earlier heavy rain has ended, but light to
moderate rain continues, therefore the Flash Flood Warning is
being replaced with an Areal Flood Warning through the rest of
the morning.
- Island Creek has now dropped below flood stage and continues to
fall, but ongoing flooding is still possible around the warned
area.

Logan, Mount Gay-Shamrock, West Logan and Mount Gay.
