* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Central Boone County in central West Virginia...
Central Logan County in southern West Virginia...
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 524 AM EDT, Flooding remains across most of the warned area.
Earlier rapid rises on many streams and creeks are beginning to
slowly recede, but will remain high with areas of flooding
through the morning.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are possible in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Van, Sharples, Blair and Jeffrey.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
