Description: 
At 443 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles north of Horse Creek, or 29 miles northeast of Laramie, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Laramie and south central Platte Counties. This includes Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 37 and 53.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM MDT for southeastern Wyoming.
