Description:
At 524 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles west of Wheatland Reservoir Number 3, or 44 miles north of
Laramie, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Wheatland Reservoir Number 3.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM MDT for
southeastern Wyoming.
