At 625 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Shirley Basin, or 37 miles south of Casper, moving east at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Shirley Basin, Curtis Gulch Campground, Windy Peak, and Garrett.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM MDT for south central and southeastern Wyoming.
